Our R&D Controlling team ensures transparency, data quality, and decision making support across all research and development activities at MED EL. We provide actionable insights, harmonized reporting structures, and efficient processes to enable informed strategic and operational decisions.
Your Tasks
- Supporting the creation, enhancement, and automation of reports, dashboards, and controlling processes to enable data‑driven decision‑making
- Contributing to the design, maintenance, and integration of data models as well as to data harmonization and documentation
- Conducting analyses for internal stakeholders and actively participating in improvement and innovation projects (e.g., AI‑supported data analytics)
- Bringing in own ideas and supporting defined projects through organizational and administrative tasks within R&D Controlling
- Ensuring effective reporting governance and the continuous optimization of existing processes
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Business Informatics, Data Science, Controlling, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical thinking skills, high affinity for working with data, and the ability to translate complex requirements into structured solutions
- Interest in expanding knowledge in BI tools, data modeling, and process automation, along with a willingness for continuous learning
- Independent, reliable, and quality‑focused working style with strong attention to detail
- Good command of English, both written and spoken; German skills and experience in reporting, data handling, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, ERP systems) are an advantage

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
