d²X Group is a consulting group specialized in advisory services and the management of complex projects, programs, and large-scale digital, IT, and business transformations.
As part of its strategic plan, d²X aims to double its revenue between 2026 and 2030, growing from €30M to €60M, with consulting representing one third of total activity.
What we do
In this context, d²X is accelerating the expansion of its consulting activities in Belgium.
Its Belgian subsidiary, Phinest, is seeking a Director / Partner (or future Partner) to create, structure, and grow a consulting practice in Belgium, leveraging the Brussels ecosystem and the strong support of the Group and its existing consulting entities outside Belgium.
This role is designed for a senior consulting leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a clear trajectory toward partnership.
What you will do
Launching and Leading the Consulting Practice
- Define the vision, positioning, and growth strategy of the consulting practice in Belgium.
- Design and structure consulting offerings focused on digital transformation, IT advisory, and/or the management of complex projects, programs, and business transformations (notably in retail and energy sectors).
Leverage the Group’s existing methodologies, offerings, and expertise, particularly those of Timspirit (digital transformation, IT & digital advisory, complex program management).
Business Development & Client Leadership
- Develop consulting revenues on the Belgian market.
- Rely on your personal network, the existing Brussels sales force, and the active support of Belgian and Group executive management.
- Lead the full sales cycle: opportunity qualification, scoping, pre-sales, proposal defense, and deal closing.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with C-level executives.
Delivery Oversight & Operational Excellence
- Design, monitor, support & steer high-stakes, complex consulting engagements.
- Act as engagement manager or expert during the launch phase, then as executive sponsor or strategic advisor on key assignments.
Team Building & Talent Development
- Recruit, structure, and grow a consulting team in Belgium.
- Lead, mentor, and develop consultants.
- Strengthen the attractiveness and employer brand of Phinest and d²X on the Brussels market.
- Promote and embed the Group’s culture, values, and ways of working.
Expertise Development & Market Visibility
- Develop and embody one or more differentiating areas of expertise.
- Capitalize on Group knowledge, best practices, and feedback.
- Increase market visibility through publications, conferences, events, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Contribute to cross-entity synergies and to the overall Group strategy (offer development, market positioning, and commercial collaboration).
Who you are
- 10–15+ years of experience within a consulting firm based in Brussels.
- Proven experience as a Director, Senior Manager, or Partner.
- Recognized expertise in digital transformation, IT advisory, or business transformation.
- Strong track record in business development and client leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and lead a consulting practice.
