In the Delivery Lead role, you will lead customer-related deliveries and projects comprehensively – from planning to implementation and reporting. You will work closely with account managers, chief architects and the delivery team and be responsible for delivering to Norrin's customers. As part of our internal guild activities, you will also actively influence the development, collaboration and sharing of information in the DMO area.
In this role, you will
- You lead and coordinate ongoing deliveries and project deliveries of named accounts
- You are responsible for the quality, schedule, budget and risk management of deliveries
- You take care of resourcing of accounts, ensuring the right expertise and sufficient team support
- You lead and facilitate customer events (kick-offs, reviews and retrospectives)
- You act as a seamless link between the customer and Norrin experts
- You support the team in best practices of delivery processes, testing and documentation
- You promote Norrin's growth goals as part of the Customer Team

- At least 5 years of experience in delivering IT services, for example in a project manager, service manager or scrum master role
- At least 3 years of experience in managing AI, data or integration services in agile environments
- Understanding of AI, data or integration architectures, data modeling, processing and information security
- Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English
- Customer-oriented, solution-focused and development-oriented attitude
- A relevant university degree (e.g. computer science, information systems, engineering)
