About the role :

We’re hiring an AI Engineer (5+ years) to design and productionize Generative AI solutions (assistants, Q&A, workflow automation) with a strong focus on RAG, fine-tuning, agentic systems, and orchestration in a cloud environment (AWS / Azure / GCP).

What you’ll do :

Build end-to-end GenAI applications (APIs/services, enterprise integration)

Design and optimize RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval, reranking, grounding)

Implement agentic workflows (tool-calling, multi-step reasoning/execution) and orchestration (LangChain/LlamaIndex or equivalents)

Apply fine-tuning/adaptation when relevant (e.g., PEFT/LoRA), and define evaluation strategies

Productionize with LLMOps/MLOps: CI/CD, observability, monitoring, evaluation (quality, latency, cost), governance/guardrails

What we’re looking for (must-have) :

5+ years in AI/software engineering (strong Python)

Hands-on experience delivering GenAI/RAG solutions in production

Experience with one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP (e.g., Bedrock / Azure OpenAI / Vertex AI)

Familiarity with vector databases/search and retrieval strategies

Solid engineering practices: Git, testing, Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)

Nice to have :

PyTorch / deep learning background, strong Data Science foundations

Experience with RAG/agent evaluation, hallucination mitigation, prompt & data security

Knowledge of enterprise security/compliance (IAM, encryption, auditing).
