Senior Project Manager (Aerospace) - Baden-Wuerttemberg - Up to €115,000 + Bonus (d / m / w)

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to leadership and sales teams, contribute to acquiring new business
• Handle change requests and manage customer complaints efficiently
• Compile project documentation, generate reports, and capture lessons learned
• Allocate and coordinate project-specific resources
• Oversee supplier tasks and purchasing-related project activities
• Execute Q-Gate processes with corresponding documentation for project control
• Take full ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality metrics
• Lead both customer and in-house development efforts for space-grade power electronics
• Drive innovation, align outcomes with customer needs, and ensure delivery of cutting-edge, high-performance products through your experience in aerospace projects

Requirements

• Completed a degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or similar
• Obtained 5+ years of relevant experience in Large-Scale projects (Electronics/Electromechanical products/systems) within the space/aerospace industry
• 5+ years experience in a Project Management role (or similar)
• Ideally, experience in system-level design, DC/DC, or Power Electronics
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory
