The Role
- Perform high-precision data labeling and dialogue evaluation across text, audio, and video modalities to improve ML model accuracy.
- Generate high-quality human insight data for Generative AI applications, ensuring strict adherence to project KPIs and quality guidelines.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on data errors and identify patterns to optimize the data training pipeline.
- Handle complex data handling tasks involving speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) inputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify internal queries and provide operational support for AI development lifecycles.
- Proven experience in Data Analysis, Data Labeling, or working within a Machine Learning (ML) environment.
