Role: Project Manager
Client: International Construction Consultancy
Projects: Commercial projects such as hotels, retail, office buildings etc.
Essentials: 2-5 years’ project management experience; Relevant Construction degree; Experience in pre-planning commercial projects; Consultancy experience is an advantage.
Location: South Dublin (on the Dart line)
Salary: €50,000 - €80,000
Package: Pension, Hybrid working, Annual Bonus (10%), Gym, Healthcare contribution.

- Manage construction projects from planning through to completion
- Coordinate project teams including consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Monitor programme progress and identify potential risks or delays
- Prepare and deliver clear project reports and updates to clients
- Review and analyse construction programmes to ensure project milestones are met
- Support contract administration and ensure compliance with project agreements
- Maintain strong communication across project teams and client stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and performance
