iToDEV has been around since 2006 (20 years and counting). We know what we are doing, but we aren't stuck in the past. We are building a path to the future where AI is a partner, not just a tool. Our DevOps @iToDEV:

• Understand that good infrastructure decisions save weeks of development time.
• Don’t just click around the console. They design cloud infrastructure that supports reliable, scalable production systems.
• Participate in architecture discussions early in the project lifecycle. They influence infrastructure decisions before problems appear in production.
• Automate everything that should never be done manually again.
• Keep production environments stable while everyone else ships new features. Reliability, observability, and incident readiness are part of the job.
• Work closely with developers, architects and sometimes client infrastructure teams to build systems that actually survive real-world traffic.

From our DevOps we expect:

• You’ve been working in DevOps / infrastructure / platform engineering for at least 3 years.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating production systems in AWS. You know how cloud services actually behave under load.
• Strong understanding of how to build highly available and fault-tolerant infrastructure in cloud environments.
• You know how to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or similar.
• Linux isn’t just an operating system for you. It’s a place you can confidently troubleshoot and fix things.
• You’re comfortable with containers (Docker).
• Infrastructure as Code makes sense to you and you have worked with tools such as Terraform.
• You understand networking fundamentals, load balancing, DNS, TLS and service connectivity.
• You’ve worked with monitoring and observability systems such as Elastic Stack, Zabbix, Nagios, Datadog or similar.
• You understand how modern backend systems or microservices are structured and deployed.
• You know how to design infrastructure that supports scaling, reliability and security.
• You are comfortable troubleshooting production incidents when things go wrong. Because they do.
• Git is part of your daily workflow.
• You can communicate clearly in English (written and spoken) as well as Lithuanian.
• You know how to prioritize tasks and keep things moving when multiple things are happening at once.

Extra karma points if you know:

• Experience moving systems from on-premise infrastructure to cloud environments without breaking everything along the way.
• Kubernetes cluster management (we use it where it actually makes sense).
• AWS cost optimization and infrastructure performance tuning.
• Security automation and DevSecOps practices.
• Comfortable writing scripts in Python, Bash, or other languages to automate repetitive infrastructure tasks.
• Experience working with client-side infrastructure or DevOps teams and navigating shared environments.
• Experience building reusable infrastructure modules or internal developer platforms that help teams move faster without reinventing the wheel.
