We connect leading brands, mobile game studios, and organisations with real people eager to share their opinions and insights.

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help design a new app project and contribute to the redesign of several web products.

You will work closely with an experienced designer to create high-performing UX for mobile and web, while taking ownership of some product features and seeing your work shipped to millions of users.

Responsibilities:

• Independently design small features (flows and UI) or product improvements, start to finish
• Help create and maintain the design system in Figma
• Help optimize UX for engagement, performance, and revenue
• Conduct user research and interviews
• Product testing and validating UI before release
• Collaborate with developers during design handoff

Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in product (UI/UX) design
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals (flows, usability, hierarchy)
• Ability to clearly explain and justify design decisions
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems in Figma
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android design standards and capabilities
• Portfolio. Mobile experience preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Motion and microinteraction skills (Rive)
• Graphic design background
• Experience designing mobile apps

AttaPoll offers:
