About the role
We are looking for a hands-on PMO Manager to lead and actively support project management activities across the organization. This role will be hands-on with day-to-day involvement, ensuring projects are properly planned, tracked, and delivered successfully.
The PMO Manager will work closely with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders while directly participating in project coordination, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and governance processes
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Create and manage project dashboards and performance reports for leadership
- Support project managers and teams with planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Monitor project portfolio performance and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder communications
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT or related field
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong organizational, reporting, and operational execution skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Experience with reporting and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is a plus
Gross salary: 2,800–3,800 EUR/month before taxes, depending on experience.
