We are looking for a Talent Management Coordinator to join our Learning & Talent Management department and support with coordination and administration of our Talent Management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries related to the Talent Review (yearly performance and development review) and other Talent Management topics.
- System Administration: Support the configuration and maintenance of the Talent Management system, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Training Coordination: Assist in organizing and delivering Talent Management-related trainings.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Content Management: Maintain and update Talent Management materials, including internal intranet pages, guides, templates, and other.
- Talent Management Cycle : Support in preparation of yearly Talent Management Cycle activities (succession planning, promotion and other).
- Development Tools Administration : Support the implementation of mentoring and behavioral assessment tools (e.g., DISC, external assessments).
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with Talent Management Services
- Excellent communication skills (English, other languages is a plus)
- Experience with performance and/or development systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Temporary (18-month) full-time position based in Luxembourg.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- Flexible working hours as per our Collective Work Agreement (CWA).
- The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment.
- The internal title of the position will be "Coordinator Talent Management"
