Your Focus
- Architect & Build: Lead the development of sophisticated new features from complex resource-based access control, high-performance database schemas to UI components.
- Quality & Stability: Maintain our high-traffic live products, ensuring they are bug-free, scalable, and performant.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor mid-level and junior developers. You’re the "go-to" person for complex technical hurdles.
- Continuous Evolution: Keep us ahead of the curve. Whether it’s exploring new AI integrations or optimizing our CI/CD, you stay curious.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Design to bridge the gap between "what's possible" and "what's best for the user."
- Clean Code Evangelist: Write and advocate for future-proof, well-documented, and testable code.
Your Competences

- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Deep Full Stack Expertise: Proven track record with TypeScript, React and NodeJS. On the backend, you understand how to build scalable APIs and manage complex data structures. Experience with hybrid NoSQL / SQL solutions and vector databases.
- Scale-up Experience: You’ve worked in agile, cross-functional teams and understand the pace of a high-growth tech environment.
- Modern Tooling: You leverage AI and modern workflows to stay efficient.
- Fluent in English.
