• Serve as the primary bridge between business, technology, and customers, achieving 95%+ stakeholder satisfaction.
• Facilitate structured communication forums to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparency.

3. Backlog Ownership & Value Prioritization

• Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure 100% alignment with quarterly OKRs.
• Apply ROI-driven prioritization to reduce delivery cycle time by 20%, maximizing business impact.

4. Customer-Centric Innovation

• Integrate customer insights into product design, leading to a 30% improvement in Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Champion user experience by embedding feedback loops into every stage of development.

5. Agile Execution & Sprint Leadership

• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring 90%+ sprint goal achievement.
