Working for a specialist travel technology company, the Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Product Lead – B2B Enterprise SaaS will own and manage a portfolio of products, taking them from idea through to market success. You'll work closely with customers, commercial teams, and delivery teams to create commercially successful products that help travel companies better engage with their passengers.


This is a hands-on product role requiring strong commercial acumen, customer collaboration, and the ability to build business cases, define roadmaps, and support go-to-market activities. You'll work across both company-funded product developments and customer-funded projects.


This is a full time and remote (Portugal) based role. Applicants must have legal entitlement to work in Portugal. The salary is to €60k inc meal allowance and benefits.


The Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Product Lead – B2B Enterprise SaaS role will:

  • Own the roadmap for a portfolio of products and modules.
  • Collaborate with customers to gain deep insight into their needs and translate these into product solutions.
  • Lead product idea creation, definition, and validation – including market sizing and commercial viability.
  • Build business cases with clear ROI and customer value for all product developments.
  • Work with delivery teams to create detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, from MVP to maturity.
  • Partner with commercial teams on go-to-market plans, pricing, and commercial models.
  • Support RFPs, sales calls, and product insights throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies impacting product development.
  • Communicate product strategy and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.


Candidates for the Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Product Lead – B2B Enterprise SaaS role must have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment. This could be from any SAAS industry sector, such as travel, banking, media, etc.
  • Strong commercial skills with a track record of delivering successful products on time and in budget.
  • Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a commercial software company.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills tailored to different audiences.
