Your New Role

In this senior position, you will lead design strategy and drive the evolution of user‑centred digital products. Acting as both a creative and strategic partner, you will help define product goals, refine user needs, and influence direction from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑level design initiatives and guide the product vision across the full lifecycle
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable design strategies
• Prioritise design work based on value, feasibility and user impact
• Contribute to backlog refinement and support feature definition
• Champion user‑centred design and promote best practices across the team
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality design output for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with developers and product colleagues to deliver polished, functional features

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or working closely with Product Managers
• 3+ years of mobile design experience, including live apps
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience designing for SaaS environments
• A portfolio showcasing impactful design solutions for real‑world products
