Your New Role
In this senior position, you will lead design strategy and drive the evolution of user‑centred digital products. Acting as both a creative and strategic partner, you will help define product goals, refine user needs, and influence direction from discovery to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead high‑level design initiatives and guide the product vision across the full lifecycle
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable design strategies
- Prioritise design work based on value, feasibility and user impact
- Contribute to backlog refinement and support feature definition
- Champion user‑centred design and promote best practices across the team
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality design output for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers and product colleagues to deliver polished, functional features
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or working closely with Product Managers
- 3+ years of mobile design experience, including live apps
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience designing for SaaS environments
- A portfolio showcasing impactful design solutions for real‑world products
