We seek a Scrum Master willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid work model in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsabilities:

• Agile Ceremony Leadership: Lead and facilitate all Agile rituals (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives), ensuring focus, productivity, and strict adherence to timeboxing to drive process improvement.
• Backlog Management & Refinement: Orchestrate continuous backlog refinement sessions; acting as the primary filter for Product Owners to ensure all items meet "Definition of Ready" with clear criteria and business value.
• Business & Technical Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders in France and the technical team, managing expectations and ensuring end-to-end transparency.
• Dependency & Facilitation Management: Facilitate internal development meetings and coordinate with external teams to resolve functional or technical dependencies and remove cross-team blockers.
• Reporting & Data-Driven Insights: Monitor team performance (Velocity, Burndown, Flow metrics) and deliver progress reports to leadership in Porto/Lisbon and France to support data-driven decision-making.
• Agile Coaching & Mentorship: Act as a mentor to both POs (on story mapping and prioritization) and developers (on self-organization), fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
• Technical Partnership: Work closely with the Tech Lead to identify, escalate, and resolve technical impediments that may impact delivery timelines.
• Deployment Coordination: Partner with the Tech Lead to oversee deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments, ensuring stability and quality of releases.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (mandatory) and proficient in French (preferred/highly valued), enabling seamless collaboration with international teams.
