Your Mission Will Be:

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality expectations;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in maintaining effective collaboration and delivery cadence;
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear project objectives and priorities;
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively address potential roadblocks impacting delivery.

You Will Need:

• At least 4 years of professional experience working as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in technology environments;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to support reporting and project coordination;
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools to track progress and coordinate work;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret project data and performance indicators;
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities in dynamic project environments;
• Experience working within Agile teams and supporting continuous delivery practices.
