The Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can translate deep technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with CISOs, security leaders, and enterprise decision-makers. You’ll own our positioning and messaging - including our Semantic Security Testing narrative - and ensure our sales team has the tools and content they need to win.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You’ll work directly with the leadership team and collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success to shape how the market perceives Bug Bounty Switzerland. What You’ll Do
Positioning & Messaging
- Own and evolve our core narrative around Semantic Security Testing, the Cyber Resilience Shield, and our AI-powered Scoping Engine
- Develop differentiated positioning against competitors
- Craft messaging frameworks for different buyer personas (CISOs, CIOs, compliance leaders and board members) and verticals (financial services, critical infrastructure, government)
- Continuously monitor the landscape to understand competitor positioning, specific capabilities and feature sets, and market traction
- Create and maintain competitive battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers that help our sales team close enterprise deals
- Develop ROI frameworks and value narratives tailored to regulated enterprise buyers
- Train and enable the sales team on messaging, objection handling, and competitive differentiation
- Produce whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars that establish Bug Bounty Switzerland as a thought leader in continuous threat exposure management (CTEM)
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for enterprise audiences
- Support speaking engagements, analyst briefings, and industry event presence
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new platform features and service offerings
- Collaborate with product and engineering to translate roadmap items into market-facing narratives
- Measure and optimise campaign performance to drive pipeline contribution
Must-haves
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise SaaS or technology
- Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies from scratch
- Strong sales enablement track record - you’ve built battlecards, decks, and content that directly contributed to revenue
- Excellent storytelling skills: you can turn complex, technical products into compelling narratives
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment with high autonomy
- Background in cybersecurity, infosec, or a related technical domain
- Experience marketing to regulated industries (financial services, critical infrastructure, government)
- Familiarity with CTEM, bug bounty, penetration testing, or vulnerability management concepts
- Experience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester) and category creation
- Track record at a Series A / growth-stage company
- Reports to: COO
- Compensation: Competitive base + ESOP, aligned with seniority and impact
