The Junior Technical Graphic Designer at Salus Controls will play a key role in design and redesign of product packaging, including the creation of product boxes and related materials for production. This role focuses on creating visually appealing, functional packaging that aligns with brand guidelines and clearly communicates key product information, while ensuring consistency and quality across all designs.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of product box from the idea stage to print preparation for production.
• Maintaining packaging database
• Design and redesign packaging to align with the brand requirements.
• Collaborating with technical team and product manager for the overall quality and accuracy of technical literature, instructional content and packaging, working alongside the direct supervisor and other team members.
• Translating box content into different languages, using specific tools or professional assistance.
• Development and management of information architecture templates according to SALUS Controls standards.
• Align with product compliance representative for the relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to packaging.
• Design images, logos, labels and covers.

Qualifications/Skills Requirement:

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a position with technical inclinations.
• Experience working in a multinational company (collaboration with multinational company clients)
• Proven experience of writing technical and software documentation.
• Ability to provide high-quality packaging with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly understand packaging concepts and make them easy to understand in text and images.
• Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office and Adobe packages, Indesign, Photoshop, Ilustrator, Deepl App (preferred but not essential), Fusion 360 (or equivalent i.e AutoCAD)

Knowledge and Skills

• Specialization courses in the field of packaging design / services of the company
• Knowledge of foreign languages: English advanced level (mandatory).
