An interesting opportunity to join our client's team at a top Romanian construction firm. We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities on the construction site and the application of procedures and solutions from the execution plans.
• Plans, organizes, leads, coordinates, controls, and evaluates the activities carried out to achieve the project.
• Manages the general contracting agreement and is responsible for fulfilling the contract's objectives.
• Participates in negotiating and signing subcontracting agreements and oversees the subcontracting contracts.
• Establishes and communicates to the commercial department the specific clauses for material supply contracts.
• Leads and checks the subordinate staff in carrying out the project execution analysis activities.
• Estimates, quantifies, and records any deviations from the project and takes measures to resolve them.
• Proposes and implements cost-reduction techniques and streamlining activities on the construction site.
• Is responsible for selecting, training, and evaluating the performance of the site personnel.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in construction.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, plan, and control.
• Teamwork skills.
• Efficiency in managing complex projects.
• Coordination and supervision skills of the team.
• Solid knowledge in planning and organizing site activities.
• Negotiation and contract signing skills.
• Ability to identify and solve technical and economic problems.
• Competencies in cost reduction and streamlining activities.
