VEO is looking for a Network & Systems Administrator to strengthen our IT Infrastructure team in Bucharest! In this role, you'll be a key player in maintaining and optimizing our enterprise network and server infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Administer and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, VPNs, wireless)
• Maintain structured cabling, telecom systems, remote access, and connectivity protocols
• Perform system-monitoring, backups, patches, upgrades — across Linux and Windows servers
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network connectivity issues
• Handle system capacity planning and performance tuning
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on projects and escalations
• Track and manage requests via GLPI, ensuring SLA compliance
• Provide prompt and professional IT support to internal users

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in networking (minimum 2 years)
• Solid knowledge of Linux systems (basic admin, scripting, troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with Windows environments, server virtualization, PowerShell
• Experience with backup tools, network security and system monitoring
• English: minimum B2 level
• Organized, analytical, autonomous and team-oriented
