To support this growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key role in connecting business needs with our core systems such as Salesforce and Odoo.

In this role you will work at the heart of our digital operations, helping translate business needs into clear deliverables for development teams and ensuring our systems and processes scale with the company.

What will you do?

• Act as the first point of contact for business requests coming through DevOps
• Work with stakeholders across teams to understand business needs and system impact
• Translate technical designs into clear functional requirements for developers
• Break down requests into epics, features, and user stories
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and support successful releases
• Work with internal teams and implementation partners on system implementations and integrations
• Challenge stakeholders when needed and help improve business processes

What do you bring?

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong Salesforce experience (required)
• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus
• Experience with enterprise system integrations
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear requirements
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / DevOps)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Professional proficiency in English

• Salary is between €4.000,- and €5.500,- (o.t.b. of 40 hours)
