IT Integrator / Project Manager | Business Banking Transformation | Large Financial Enterprise

We are looking for an experienced IT Integrator / Project Manager to drive delivery within a major Business Banking transformation program at a leading financial enterprise. In this role you will coordinate delivery across multiple Tribes, manage complex cross-team dependencies, and ensure large-scale IT initiatives are delivered successfully in a fast-moving Agile environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and program leadership while helping drive change across domains such as Customer Data, KYC & Onboarding, Fraud Analytics, and Data Management.


About the role

As an IT Integrator / Project Manager, you will take ownership of coordinating delivery across multiple teams and tribes within a large-scale Business Banking program. You will ensure alignment between business and technology stakeholders while keeping complex delivery tracks on schedule.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating delivery across multiple Agile teams and tribes, ensuring dependencies and risks are identified early
  • Steering complex IT initiatives from initiation and scoping through to production rollout
  • Facilitating collaboration between developers, architects, business stakeholders, and program management
  • Ensuring adherence to architectural standards, integration patterns, and program timelines
  • Removing delivery impediments by connecting teams and stakeholders across the organisation
  • Preparing clear reporting for stakeholders ranging from delivery teams to senior management

You will work in a highly collaborative and international environment, contributing to a rapidly growing Business Banking program.


About you

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management or IT integration roles
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale cross-domain IT projects in Agile organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage 40-80+ stakeholders
  • Experience in complex IT environments within banking or financial services
  • Excellent communication skills, able to switch between technical detail and executive summaries
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and pragmatic mindset
  • Fluent in English
