Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead part of our Automotive Engineering team in Gothenburg.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Automotive Engineers
• Manage engineering projects end-to-end (planning, tracking, delivery)
• Drive hiring and staffing to support project growth
• Maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships
• Provide internal reporting and delivery oversight
• Collaborate with global delivery teams and corporate functions

What We’re Looking For

• Project Management: Experience managing complex technical projects end-to-end, including planning, risk management, and delivery coordination across teams and suppliers.
• Automotive Engineering: Background in automotive R&D with knowledge of areas such as Embedded Systems, ADAS, E/E Architecture, Infotainment, or Vehicle Software.
• Business Development: Ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to RFQs, proposals, and customer engagement.
• Leadership: Experience leading engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
