As we expand our Global Product team across our tech hubs in Poland, Estonia and Spain, we are looking for ambitious talent to help us explore new possibilities, including cutting-edge applications in the AI space.

Your Role:

• Develop & Scale: Build and optimize core financial platforms using modern PHP and Laravel.
• Integrate: Connect systems with external financial partners and internal services via robust APIs.
• Own the Code: You will be responsible for the full lifecycle - from technical discussions to testing and deployment.
• Innovate: Identify bottlenecks and suggest architectural improvements to keep our stack cutting-edge.

What we expect from you:

• Backend Proficiency: 2+ years of commercial experience in PHP (7.4/8.x) with a strong command of modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel or Symfony).
• Frontend Skills: Practical knowledge of JavaScript. Experience with modern frameworks like Vue.js or React is a significant advantage.
• Database & Messaging: Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) or Message Brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ/Redis) is a plus.
• Transparent software: Familiarity with Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to technical challenges and the ability to work effectively with Git and RESTful architectures.

Nice to have (Bonus Points):

• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of automated testing (unit/integration) and CI/CD processes.
• Curiosity about AI & Automation and their practical applications in FinTech.
