From modern data platforms and cloud-native architectures to machine learning systems and AI-powered products, the Engineering, AI & Data team supports clients across the entire lifecycle of technology transformation—shaping vision, building scalable systems, and enabling organizations to unlock value from their data and intelligent technologies.

A core focus of the team is helping organizations move beyond experimentation and realize tangible value from Generative AI and Agentic AI. We work with leading institutions to design and implement GenAI solutions, build intelligent copilots, and develop agent-based systems that can autonomously orchestrate complex workflows and decision processes across the enterprise.

Working alongside business and technology leaders, the team delivers end-to-end capabilities across data engineering, AI & machine learning, GenAI solution development, and agentic AI transformation, helping organizations innovate faster, operate smarter, and compete in an increasingly AI-driven world.

What You Will Do

As an AI Strategist (Consultant / Senior Consultant), you will work at the intersection of business strategy, data, and artificial intelligence to help organizations identify where AI can create real enterprise value and how it can be implemented responsibly and at scale.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to shape AI strategies, GenAI initiatives, and Agentic AI transformation programs, translating emerging AI capabilities into practical business solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Support the design of AI and Generative AI strategies that help organizations identify new sources of competitive advantage, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new business value.

• Conduct AI opportunity discovery and use-case identification, working closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable AI initiatives.

• Analyze business problems and map operational and strategic needs to appropriate AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solution approaches, identifying where intelligent systems can augment decision-making, automate workflows, or generate new insights.

• Conduct market, technology, and competitor analyses to understand how AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI capabilities are evolving across industries.

• Support the development of AI transformation roadmaps, including prioritization of use cases, value assessment, and implementation planning.

• Contribute to the design of AI operating models, governance structures, and capability frameworks that enable organizations to scale AI initiatives sustainably.

• Work alongside engineering and data teams to help shape GenAI solutions, intelligent copilots, and agent-based systems that augment decision-making and automate complex workflows.

• Develop structured analyses, presentations, and executive materials that support strategic decision-making for senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, including large language models, agentic architectures, and emerging enterprise AI platforms.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, AI strategy, data analytics, or technology-driven transformation projects.

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and emerging agent-based systems, with the ability to understand how these technologies can create business value.

• Ability to translate business needs into AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI solution opportunities, connecting strategic objectives with technological capabilities.

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business challenges.

• Experience preparing clear, structured presentations and communicating insights to business stakeholders.

• Curiosity to continuously learn about the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, including large language models, AI platforms, and intelligent automation.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
