System Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS

- 6 years using Active Directory and Exchange experience that includes designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise level Active Directory solutions

- Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11, Teams, TCP/IP Protocols, File Server and Group Policies

- Provide daily hardware and software support for servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers and identity cards

- Follow support dates and purchase necessary hardware, software or certificates

- Experience in monitoring and optimizing the performance of On-Prem Microsoft Environment as well as implementing great backup and upgrade schedules

- Strong understanding around backup and recovery technologies, Veeam is a plus

- Knowledge of query, report and upgrade tools and practices such as SCCM or Manage Engine

- Virtualization techgolongies, vCenter ESXI is a plus.

- Knowledge of Storage platforms(Hitachi, IBM, StoreOnce, Alletra, Exagrid)

- Experience with database instalaltion(MySQL preffered), management and SQL querying

- Experience with Linux distributions installation and configuration

- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Octoxlabs, Opentext

- Troubleshooting of production issues, and provide 24x7 support for mission critical systems

- Work in a team with other System Administrators to triage and coordinate end-user tickets and mails

- Work with external vendors/consultants to diagnose complex problems and drive resolution

- Modernize Microsoft environments with best practices and new tools

- PowerShell experience is a huge plus

- Any Microsoft certification is a plus

- Good understanding of Banking Regulations in Turkey

- Basic knowledge about DevOps practices, containers and linux operating System
