We are looking for a 'Senior Product Manager' for our global partner operating in pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, overseeing strategy and implementation to support sales force targets.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market share, analyze competitive activity, and interpret global imperatives to develop effective local action plans.
• Launch Excellence: Set the strategy for new product launches, develop revenue objectives, and ensure successful market entry.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and prescribers through regular visits, congress attendance, and association partnerships.
• Digital & Compliance: Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials (including social media/digital) while maintaining strict compliance with international and local SOPs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global/regional teams to share best practices across the organization.

What We Are Looking For:

• Background: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or an equivalent field.
• Expertise: Proven experience in the Pharma Industry with high-level therapeutic area knowledge.
• Skills: Strong planning, project management, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Outstanding coordination skills and fluency in English.
• Mobility: Open to frequent travel within and outside of Istanbul/Turkey.
