Working closely with technologists, data experts, and business stakeholders, you will design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance SAP data processes, improve automation, and enable smarter decision-making across enterprise data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions supporting SAP-related data processes, including data profiling, anomaly detection, intelligent classification, and NLP-based rule parsing.
• Collaborate with SAP BDC teams to integrate AI-driven automation into end-to-end data migration workflows.
• Develop intelligent data extraction agents or bots capable of processing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents (e.g., PDFs, Excel files, scanned inputs).
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory, enabling ETL/ELT integrations with SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Work closely with engineers, data architects, and product managers to deliver reliable and user-focused AI solutions.
• Continuously improve model performance through MLOps practices such as monitoring, retraining, and validation.
• Translate business requirements into technical AI capabilities aligned with SAP data transformation objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals, technical feasibility, and data quality requirements.
• Participate in data discovery workshops, process design sessions, and other collaborative activities focused on understanding data landscapes and transformation opportunities.
• Combine technical creativity with strong data engineering and AI solution design expertise to build impactful solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Practical experience working with SAP BDC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP-centric data models.
• Experience building orchestration workflows using Azure Data Factory and Databricks (Delta Lake, PySpark, MLflow).
• Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning or similar cloud-based ML platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across complex enterprise data environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to support cross-team delivery.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments within large organizations.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and iterate rapidly through prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production solutions.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI engineering, data engineering, or applied machine learning roles.
• Experience supporting SAP data migration programs, including master and transactional data domains, or large enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience with MLOps tooling such as MLflow and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
