We are looking for a hungry, self-driven person who is in love with scaling tech teams and delivering innovation to the fintech sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively acquiring new clients s (prospecting via conferences, LinkedIn, personal network, partners)
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers (C-Level) and identifying their business needs.
- Creating and delivering tailored sales presentations.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Collaborating with technical teams to match the best IT solutions for clients.
- Monitoring market trends and recommending innovative solutions (AI)
- At least 5 years of experience in IT outsourcing service sales.
- Knowledge of the IT market, digital products, and implementation processes.
- Ability to build relationships at the C-Level and conduct effective negotiations.
- Fluent English (min. B2/C1) – we work with global clients.
- Independence, proactiveness, and strategic thinking skills.
- Interest in new AI/Web3 solutions for banking/ fintech companies
- Base salary + commission system (B2B contract)
