What is the Main Aim of This Position?

To lead the enterprise strategy for data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence, positioning data as a strategic asset that drives competitive advantage, operational excellence, and digital innovation.The role is responsible for transforming the organization into a data driven and AI enabled enterprise by establishing scalable data platforms, advanced analytics capabilities, and AI powered solutions across the entire business value chain.This role partners with executive stakeholders to ensure data and AI capabilities generate measurable business value, improve decision-making, accelerate automation, and unlock new commercial opportunities.

What We Expect from You?

• To define and execute the enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI strategy aligned with corporate and digital transformation objectives,

• To develop a multi-year Data & AI roadmap that prioritizes high value business opportunities,

• To establish enterprise standards for data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI development frameworks,

• To oversee the design and evolution of scalable enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud analytics environments,

• To ensure the availability of trusted, high-quality, and accessible data assets,

• To lead the delivery of enterprise business intelligence, advanced analytics, and decision support solutions,

• To expand capabilities in predictive, prescriptive, and augmented analytics,

• To lead the identification, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions that drive business transformation,

• To build scalable AI capabilities including: predictive forecasting, recommendation engines, intelligent automation, generative AI applications,

• To develop data products and analytics services that support operational and commercial decision making,

• To track and communicate value realization from analytics and AI initiatives,

• To continuously evaluate emerging technologies in: artificial intelligence, machine learning, data engineering, cloud analytics platforms,

• To drive the industrialization of successful innovations into scalable enterprise solutions.

Why You?

• If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field. Preferably with a master's degree,

• If you have at least 15 years of experience in implementation and management of technologies related to Data Analytics and AI in manufacturing and commercial companies,

• If you have FMCG Sector Experience, strong understanding of business processes within the FMCG industry preferably in the international environment,

• If you have ability to translate business priorities into data and AI driven solutions,

• If you have advanced expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence,

• If you have trong knowledge of modern data architectures including data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud analytics platforms,

• If you have experience experience with data engineering pipelines and modern analytics stacks,

• If you have familiarity with AI/ML tools and programming languages (Python, SQL, Retc.),

• If you have excellent command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
