🚀 We’re Hiring: Junior IT Support Specialist
📍 Location: Dubai
GODO is looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. If you are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and supporting business operations through efficient IT systems, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systems.
• Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Assist in managing cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and AWS.
• Maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Skills & Requirements
• 3 years of experinces in IT
• Knowledge of Windows / macOS systems administration.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with AWS services and WordPress is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
