We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web and Mobile App Developer to lead, design, and develop enterprise-grade mobile and portal applications. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in building performant Web Portals and Hybrid Mobile Apps using Flutter, Ionic, Java-based middleware, and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions across: Web Portal (Flutter), Hybrid Mobile Apps for Android & iOS (Ionic) and Java middleware services
• Deploy and manage applications using containers, ideally leveraging Azure PaaS.
• Produce high‑quality technical documentation.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Support and improve existing web and mobile applications, including bug fixes and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs using Java.
• Integrate applications with identity solutions using OpenID, OAuth, SAML, and other standard protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver new features.
• Own the UI/UX for portal and mobile applications.
• Ensure high code quality through best practices, clean design, testing, and peer reviews.
• Troubleshoot interface issues and debug application code.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and performance analysis using tools like Azure Application Insights.
• Deploy and maintain apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and plugins into web and hybrid applications.

Requirements & Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Mobile/Portal Developer.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Experience working in agile development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Proficiency in: Flutter, JavaScript / TypeScript, Ionic, HTML5 / CSS, Java
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs using Java.
• Excellent working knowledge of Flutter.
• Proven experience developing hybrid mobile apps (iOS & Android) and Web Portals.
• Familiarity with push notifications and cloud messaging APIs.
• Experience with native build tools such as Xcode.
• Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of mobile APIs, UI standards, and UI/UX implementation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms like JWT.
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
• Experience implementing mobile application security.
