Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the entire activity of the company on Global Product Development and Pricing, developing and implementing company’s policies in these fields.

  • Coordinates the new product development (GPD) related activities ( layout approval, samples preparation and submission to the customers, price calculation and communication);

  • Keeps in touch with end customers for any new product development ensuring professional communication and meeting the internal SLAs established for this activity.

  • Coordinates the Price calculation related activities for all products shipped from our site (manufactured internally, externally or buy & sell items);

  • Prepares periodical reports (on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis) regarding the company's GDP activity

  • Provide the necessary GPD & Pricing related training to the subordinated employees, ensuring the necessary support for learning and understanding all requirements;

  • Follows and meet the new product deadlines for samples preparation and delivery to the clients

  • Administrate the company database with the new sample developed and allocated the needed internal codes for these products.

  • Pricing calculation

  • Coordinates the implementation and carries out updates, improvements, audits and analyses of the coordinated processes with the purpose to improve them.





Qualifications

  • Very good leadership skills,interpersonal skills and communication skills are required.

  • Minimum Required Education: university graduated –preferable engineering field

  • Very good level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, internet, with excellent Excel level)

  • Must have good analytical skills & problems solving skills

  • Knowledge of price calculation skills; management & planning, inventory and stock management

  • Prioritizing, organizing and reporting skills; Ability to work independently, while coordinating others, scheduling work productively

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and polite manner

  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in product developing, logistics or accounting dealing with price calculations

  • Relevant working experience in a company with a very high dynamic (>500 orders delivered weekly)

  • Preferably having some experience with Graphics Software
