We are looking for an “Human Resources Assistant Specialist” to be assigned to our “Financial Affairs Department” located in “Dubai, UAE.


WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or other qualified disciplines of reputable universities. Master’s degree in related departments is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and follow up skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Team player, analytical, dynamic, result-oriented and proactive, eager to learn.


WHAT AWAITS YOU?

  • Assist in administering all HR activities; recruiting, training testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
  • Assist to implement Company policies in all aspects pertaining to Labour and Employee relations; administer all HR policies such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Medical and Health, Vacation etc.
  • Support with onboarding of employees by assisting to conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HR reports to the Headquarters HR team following the HR Manager’s review.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records by developing and managing an efficient filing and retrieval system, ensuring proper storage of both paper and electronic records.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and achieving shared objectives as needed.
  • Assist in processing all work and residence permit applications, ensuring timely submission in accordance with established schedules.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with Immigration authorities to facilitate expatriate permits and other legal documentation.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Serve as secretary and prepare accurate minutes during Union and Staff Association meetings.
  • To comply with the company's risk management approach and to support maintenance of risk awareness in the processes within the scope of his/her duties.
  • To control accuracy of all work and processes that (s)he carried out, to ensure agreement with relevant parties and to be responsible for the results.
  • To comply with the procedures, instructions, and regulations of all implemented Management Systems and to ensure compliance with the rules, and to execute his/her processes/activities in accordance with related documents.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
