Job Objective
To lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion delivery and operations across Tadweer Group and its subsidiaries by owning business engagement, roadmap and release planning, delivery governance and vendor/Oracle management. Ensure solutions are delivered on time and to quality, adopted by the business, and supported by clear controls, documentation, and operational readiness. Maintain alignment with organisational policies, approved architectures, data protection principles, cybersecurity, IT/OT considerations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
The key objective of the role focuses on:
- Business Engagement & Value Delivery: Own senior stakeholder engagement, translate business priorities into a clear Oracle Fusion roadmap, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Program Governance & Planning: Establish and run delivery governance (steering, design authority, change control) and maintain an integrated plan across workstreams, dependencies, and risks.
- Vendor, Oracle & Delivery Partner Management: Manage Oracle/SI delivery teams, commercial performance, resourcing, and deliverable quality; ensure clear accountability and issue resolution.
- Solution Quality, Controls & Compliance: Ensure fit-for-purpose design, security-by-design, and controls alignment across processes, data, roles/access, and integrations; maintain audit-ready evidence.
- Operational Readiness & Continuous Improvement: Drive cutover readiness, hypercare, and transition to stable support; improve reliability and user experience through continuous improvement and KPI tracking.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion roadmap, release plan, and integrated delivery schedule across Finance, SCM, HCM and shared capabilities.
- Run governance forums (steering committee, delivery cadence, design authority, change control) and provide clear status, risks, and decisions.
- Own senior business engagement to prioritise backlog, define scope boundaries, and align outcomes with operational priorities.
- Manage Oracle/SI and vendor delivery performance including resourcing, commercial governance, and escalations.
- Align solution design across process, data, integrations, and security; ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Oversee testing readiness (SIT/UAT), business validation, defect triage, and controlled go-live sign-off.
- Lead cutover planning, hypercare, and transition to support; ensure operational procedures, knowledge transfer, and runbooks are in place.
- Ensure access, controls, and segregation-of-duties requirements are implemented; support audit evidence as needed.
- Manage interdependencies with infrastructure, data, and integration platforms; ensure service stability post go-live and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Project/Program Management (e.g., PMP/PRINCE2) and/or Oracle Cloud certification is an advantage.
