Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Network Administrator to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their networking career who wants hands-on experience managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have foundational networking knowledge and hold or be pursuing the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with configuring and maintaining network devices including routers, switches, and wireless access points
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensure network availability
• Assist with network security configurations such as VLANs, firewalls, and access controls
• Document network configurations and update technical procedures
• Provide support for network-related incidents and service requests
• Collaborate with senior network administrators and IT staff on infrastructure projects

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related field
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and subnetting
• Knowledge of VLANs, DHCP, and DNS
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or currently studying for CCNA
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
• Internship or co-op experience in IT or networking
