The Right Profile

We are seeking a hands-on VP, Product to lead our entire product & design organisation. Your mission is to architect the future of our multi-product ecosystem, inspiring innovation and growing APAC’s largest digital wealth manager. You will be the strategic mind shaping the 'what', the 'why’ and the ‘how’, empowering our teams to deliver a world-class product experience for our customers.

Location: Singapore with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect the Ecosystem: Create a seamless and synergistic platform experience that delights users and drives deep engagement across our suite of products.
  • Define the Product vision: Own and define the multi-year product strategy and roadmap, directly shaping Syfe’s journey to market leadership.
  • Drive Innovation: Look beyond the horizon to identify new opportunities and bring original, game-changing ideas to life.
  • Lead & Inspire: Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and innovation.
  • Scale Across APAC: Lead our expansion into existing markets of Singapore, Hong Kong & Australia, expertly navigating diverse regulatory, cultural and competitive landscapes.
  • Be the Glue: Act as a key strategic partner to key company leaders, ensuring the product vision is powerfully integrated across the entire business.

What We Need

  • Experience in product management with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CPO/VP/Director/Head of Product).
  • Direct experience within any B2C fintech industry is essential; experience in wealth/investment tech is a bonus.
  • Experience reporting to and partnering directly with leadership teams to shape the business strategy.
  • Been part of a successful growth journey of a fintech (Series C and beyond).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
