The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Singapore. You will work under the Product Lead to help improve our core platform by turning the product initiatives and roadmap into clear, actionable plans.

The Product Manager is responsible for defining product problems, shaping solutions, and driving initiatives from concept to launch. This role ensures the product delivers meaningful value to customers while supporting business goals. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of product features.

The role requires strong problem-identifying and problem-solving skills, user understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance business impact, user value, and technical constraints. You must be based in Singapore or open to relocating.

Core Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and clearly define customer and business problems that the product should solve
  • Shape product direction by determining what should be built and why
  • Ensure product decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of users and market needs
  • Translate product initiatives into clear and actionable requirements
  • Ensure teams remain aligned and product initiatives move smoothly from planning to release
  • Guide product decisions by balancing competing needs across teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure product initiatives deliver measurable impact after release

Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company or B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
  • Good at writing clear product requirements and documentation
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt communication styles for technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making
  • Analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and usage data
  • Experience working with engineering and design teams in product development cycles
  • Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GA4 (or similar analytics tools)
  • Based in Singapore or open to relocating
