We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption and maturity across our organisation. You will coach delivery teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and practices, helping to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and build a high-performance Agile culture in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other frameworks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, PI Planning) and ensure consistent adoption.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives — assess current maturity, create roadmaps, and implement improvements that deliver measurable gains in velocity, predictability, and business value.
• Work closely with PMO and leadership to align Agile delivery with governance, reporting, and organisational goals.
• Design and deliver Agile training, workshops, and coaching sessions for teams and senior stakeholders.
• Remove impediments at team and organisational levels; promote continuous improvement using metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time, cycle time, etc.).
• Support hybrid delivery models and integration with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Coach Product Owners on backlog management, prioritisation, and value-driven delivery.
• Track and report Agile health metrics; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Foster an Agile mindset across the organisation while balancing regulatory and compliance requirements.
