Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage secure connectivity across VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and wireless infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain network security devices such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, and F5.
• Oversee cloud networking across Azure and GCP, including VNETs, NSGs, ASGs, firewalls, and routing.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and support incident response activities.
• Lead patching and hardening initiatives to strengthen network security posture.
• Ensure smooth operations through ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request management).

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching).
• Expertise in network security technologies and firewall management.
• Working knowledge of cloud networking in Azure and/or GCP.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, patching, and security best practices.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
