• Publication planning is structured and scalable
• Manuscript writing will be initiated only after the research direction is clearly defined

Manuscript Quality — Funding Range

• Good innovation and complete content: $1,500–$2,500
• High innovation and well-developed system: $2,500–$3,500
• Exceptional potential: $3,500–$4,500

Relevant Background (Not Mandatory)

• Long-term engagement in data-driven social science research
• Experience in large-scale data analysis, statistical modeling, econometric analysis, etc.
• Experience in research team management or coordination
• Ability to think from the perspective of a research system, rather than focusing only on a single manuscript
