We are seeking a Middle Business Analyst. The main goal of the role is to analyze and improve business processes to make the organization more efficient and scalable.

In this position, you will identify gaps in existing processes, map current and future workflows (AS-IS / TO-BE), propose improvements and automation opportunities, and support the implementation of these changes across teams.

You will work fairly independently, collaborate with different departments, and directly contribute to improving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and increasing overall productivity.

What will be the main responsibilities of this position?

  • Conduct structured stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Analyse end-to-end business processes across departments
  • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, risks, and inefficiencies
  • Define measurable improvement opportunities
  • Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process models
  • Re-engineer workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency
  • Standardise processes across teams where applicable
  • Define process KPIs and monitoring mechanisms
  • Identify automation opportunities within existing workflows
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement system-based improvements
  • Prepare functional requirements for automation initiatives
  • Support rollout of new or updated processes
  • Develop process documentation, SOPs, and guidelines
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer activities
  • Monitor adoption and adjust processes based on feedback
  • Work closely with the operations teams

Requirements

What skills and experience are considered necessary?

  • 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, business analysis or operational optimisation
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping methodologies (AS-IS / TO-BE)
  • Experience in process re-engineering and standardisation
  • Ability to independently structure and lead analysis initiatives
  • Experience preparing functional requirements for automation
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

Skills that would be "nice to have":

  • Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
  • Experience working with automation tools or system integrations
  • No code/Low code applications
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams on system implementations, integrations, and process automation initiatives
  • Change management experience
  • Experience in cross-department transformation initiatives
