• AI dev tools 5x the throughput of a product team. 2 engineers today can deliver what 10 engineers could a few years ago.
• This trend is only increasing - 10x, 20x, gains are on the horizon.
• The traditional product team had 1 PM for 5-10 engineers. Now 3-5 PMs (expert AI prompters) are supported by one talented full stack engineer.

Your Mission

• Launch o0 v1: 20 retained paying users within 6 months
• Build the Harness: AI harness reliably turns prompts into features
• Ship features: Use the harness you built to prompt features

What You’ll Own

• AI Harness: The rules, skills, pipelines, agents, CI/CD, best practices that let us quickly deliver high-value features into production.
• Front-end quality: High-quality UI/UX backed by a well-structured component system
• Performance and reliability: Uptime, fault tolerance of front end and back end
