JSC "PRAVEX BANK", part of the IntesaSanpaolo banking group—one of the leading banking groups in Europe and a market leader across all business areas in Italy—is inviting applications for the position of Head of Cybersecurity, Business Continuity & Physical Security Department.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the Bank’s strategic frameworks for Cybersecurity, Information Security, Business Continuity, Physical and Travel Security, Fraud Prevention, and Occupational Health & Safety. You will ensure effective management of all related risks, full compliance with regulatory requirements, and the development of a strong culture of security and operational resilience across the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity & Information Security Governance (Define strategies, policies, and standards for Cybersecurity and Information Security, regardless of how data is processed, managed, or stored. / Oversee the implementation of security measures and manage risks associated with information security. / Ensure alignment with Group strategies and regulatory requirements).
• Physical and Travel Security (Set strategies and policies for physical and travel security. / Develop and update prevention measures in compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations. / Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of physical security programs.)/
• Business Continuity Management (BCM) (Define and oversee the implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures related to Business Continuity. / Manage and regularly update the Bank’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP). / Ensure adequate readiness to maintain critical operations during disruptions.).
• Fraud Prevention (Develop and maintain fraud prevention strategies and policies. / Monitor fraud‑related activities, ensuring early detection and appropriate handling of fraudulent actions. / Coordinate with internal structures for prevention and investigation.).
• Security Culture, Awareness & Training (Promote a strong culture of Cybersecurity, Information Security, Physical Security, Fraud Prevention, and Business Continuity across the Bank. / Identify awareness and education needs and develop training programs tailored to employees at all levels.).
• Occupational Health & Safety (Define measures related to health and safety at work./ Ensure correct implementation and compliance with relevant legislation and Group guidelines.
• Functional relations with the Parent Company

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the field of activity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with a strong focus on security
• Experience in designing, securing, and maintaining server, network, and cloud infrastructures
• Experience with IT audits, IT risk management, and compliance with standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SOC 2)
• Implementation of cybersecurity strategies within infrastructure projects
• Fluent English (written and spoken) 
• Experience working in international banks would be an advantage
