About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Go + Python Developer to join our engineering team in Pune or Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who has deep experience in building scalable backend systems, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about working with modern technologies such as Golang, Python, microservices, cloud platforms, and distributed architectures.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable APIs using Go and Python.
• Build microservices with clean, maintainable code and industry best practices.
• Develop data pipelines, backend services, and integrations.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy services on Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Collaborate with product, QA, and cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Implement security and compliance best practices in backend systems.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Deep proficiency in Golang (Go), including goroutines, concurrency models, channels, and performance optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, including backend frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django, along with experience building scalable services.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures with clean, modular, and testable code.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs, and familiarity with gRPC for high-performance communication.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Strong experience with Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (compute, storage, networking, monitoring).
• Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated deployment practices.
• Experience working with message queues like Kafka, sRabbitMQ, or equivalent.
• Exposure to logging & monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack.
• Ability to debug complex distributed systems and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.
