Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Nykaa, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key areas of our platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to define and launch innovative features and improvements that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of user needs, market trends, and technology, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will be based in our Gurgaon/Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product requirements and specifications based on user research, market analysis, and competitive insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, communicating the vision and strategy to stakeholders across the organization to foster shared understanding and commitment.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Analyze product performance data, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct user research and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses and inform product decisions, ensuring a data-driven approach to product development.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, keeping Nykaa at the forefront of the beauty and lifestyle market.
• Manage product launches and marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to drive awareness and adoption of new features and products.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure product performance.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
