About The Agency
Founded in France, it is is one of Europe’s fastest-growing independent Digital Performance agencies (SEO, Content, Paid, Data). They have 250+ employees globally (France, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany). Following a major private equity investment (LBO), they are entering a phase of hyper-growth.
Their London office currently consists of around 20 exceptional talents managing premium global brands (Sandro, Maje, etc.).
The goal is clear: scale the UK business from 25 to 100+ employees over the next 3 years and establish the agency as a dominant player in the UK market.
Your Mission: Scale & Build
As the UK CEO, you will be at the helm of their British subsidiary. You would report directly to the Group CEO and the Board.
You are not here to maintain the status quo of a mid-sized agency; you are here to build a performance marketing powerhouse, backed by an international group.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L & Corporate Strategy: You hold full ownership of the UK P&L. You will define the Go-To-Market strategy, manage budgets, and drive strong, sustainable EBITDA growth.
- New Business & Rainmaking: You are the face of Eskimoz in the UK. Leveraging your C-level network, you will open doors to Enterprise and Global Brands, pitching at the highest executive levels.
- Leadership & Organizational Design: You will scale the agency to the next level. This involves recruiting top talent, structuring the middle management layer (Head of SEO, Head of Paid, COO), and fostering a culture of excellence, performance, and agility.
- Product Vision & Offering: You will evolve the UK positioning, integrating more Data, AI, and cross-channel strategies to solve the complex profitability challenges of modern CMOs.
- Executive Track Record: Proven experience as a Managing Director, VP or Senior Head in a top-tier digital agency.
- The "Entrepreneur & Corporate" Mix: You know how to navigate the complexities of a large group or PE-backed environment, but you have maintained (or previously proven) a hands-on, "builder" mindset.
- M&A / Scale Experience: You have a track record of managing mergers and acquisitions, successfully integrating agencies, or scaling a Business Unit from 20 to 100+ people.
- Performance & Data DNA: You have a deep understanding of SEO, Paid Media, and Data. You can talk "algorithms and technicalities" with your delivery teams and "Business Outcomes and Incrementality" with your clients.
