About The Position
We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our Engineering team at our Porto Alegre/RS office. As a Network Engineer, you are a highly technical and hands-on professional, focused on building 24x7 mission-critical environments and staying connected to the most efficient and innovative methodologies for managing mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
We offer a FlexWork model that prioritizes acculturation and collaboration. For the first three months, you will work on-site in the local office, an essential step in building solid relationships and a genuine connection with our values and culture. We believe that this initial immersion not only strengthens the team, but also boosts creativity and innovation.
After this period, you will have the possibility to apply for the hybrid model, working on-site at least three times a week. This approach balances interaction in person and autonomy, creating a dynamic and productive working environment.

About The Position
We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our Engineering team at our Porto Alegre/RS office. As a Network Engineer, you are a highly technical and hands-on professional, focused on building 24x7 mission-critical environments and staying connected to the most efficient and innovative methodologies for managing mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage high-availability networks, ensuring performance and security.
- Administer advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and WAN network technologies (MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN).
- Implement and maintain network security policies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and network segmentation.
- Monitor network infrastructure, identifying and resolving performance and security issues.
- Integrate and support network solutions in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud, such as AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Automate network tasks using tools like Ansible, Python, and Terraform.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and topologies.
- Collaborate with information security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support network infrastructure expansion, migration, and modernization projects.
- Strong experience in configuring routers with BGP/MBGP, OSPF/ISIS, and ASN deployment.
- Experience with Juniper and Arista/Cisco routers.
- Relevant professional experience, including working with UNIX/Linux environments.
- Solid knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, TCP/UDP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Knowledge of network automation (Python, Ansible, or Grafana).
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS or Google Cloud Networking).
- Experience with firewalls and VPNs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in scripting (Shell, Python, Perl).
- Experience with distributed systems, SDN, streaming, web servers, storage, and cloud servers.
- Fluent English.
