Experience: 7+ years
Location: Brisbane, Australia - Hybrid
Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot 3.
- Build RESTful APIs with Spring modules and ensure secure, reliable integrations.
- Work with AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, API Gateway) and Kubernetes for deployment.
- Develop Kafka producers/consumers and manage messaging workflows.
- Apply CI/CD best practices using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Monitor applications using Grafana/New Relic and work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Must-Have Skills:
- Java 8+, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, JPA, JMS)
- Spring Boot 3.x
- AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, API Gateway)
- Kubernetes / EKS
- Kafka
- REST API design, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth2/JWT
- CI/CD & DevOps (Git, Jenkins, Docker)
- Observability & Monitoring (Grafana, New Relic)
- SQL/NoSQL databases
